Part 1: The Beach
There must be a place with beach in Terengganu coastal line. When the beach is located within the town itself, surely then lot of people will visit the place. That is why Batu Buruk renowned as one of the most popular site for rest and recreation. It is located just above 1 km from Kuala Terengganu city center.

The beach is always crowded with visitors and during weekends the visitors can hardly find an empty parking lot.

The sea is however treacherous and not safe for swimming as it has strong underwater current. However, the place around the shallow water is not dangerous provided that you must always aware and cautious about big waves which might sweep you into the deep.

You can jog alongside the beach. It is a very good exercise because you can breathe with fresh air from open sea.
